Fall weather came back a little quick, for all, it seems this past weekend but we welcome the season of soups and warming spices to keep you feeling good! Here is a quick recipe for a CBD hot toddy that we have been sipping on all week:
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of honey
½ cup of hot water
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon
(you can also add in ginger or tumeric to turn up the heat and boost your immune system we also love adding a cinnamon stick)
1 tsp. of your favorite CBD tincture (CBD is really good for layering so start with the teaspoon and you can increase from there if you desire)
Instructions
Boil one-half cup of water, but do not allow it to boil fully. Juice or squeeze the lemon into a cup. Pour in your honey and stir. Add the now heated water and mix for the ingredients to be even.
